Crit Value (CV) is the community-standard metric for judging artifact substat quality:
CV = 2 × Crit Rate% + Crit DMG%
It weights Crit Rate double because one point of Crit Rate contributes roughly twice as much expected damage as one point of Crit DMG at typical ratios.

Substat values can be typed in wrong — or made up. Every submission on the leaderboard has been checked against its proof screenshot by a trusted community member before it appears publicly.
A perfect 1:2 Crit Rate to Crit DMG ratio is a guideline, not a law. Your optimal ratio depends on weapon and team buffs. CV stays useful regardless, because it measures the artifact, not the build.
